Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, support tickets will be answered once per day, at 8am (MST).
The system is monitored 24/7. We will respond to outages and MAJOR channel issues ONLY when we see them happening. We will not respond to support tickets outside the above stated hours.

Please continue to create tickets and if you are in Discord, post it there AS WELL. We will monitor tickets and discord no matter the day or time of day. Overnight may be delayed.
